How is Chinese easier than English

It is generally accepted that the Chinese language is very difficult. And that it takes longer to learn it than the usual English, French or German. But is it really so?

The Chinese language is very different from European languages. It does not have the usual alphabet, sounds and sentence structure. But that also makes it somewhat easier to learn.

First, the Chinese language has almost no grammar. The one that 9 out of 10 students could not understand at school. By learning Chinese, you can immediately build grammatically correct sentences.

Secondly, there are no declensions, cases, or even genders in Chinese. Yes, you do not need to think about what form to put the word in every time. Proper pronunciation already gives you the ability to speak Chinese.

Thirdly, Chinese is logical. The hieroglyphs are interconnected. By their appearance, one can often guess the meaning, even seeing the hieroglyph for the first time. This is not possible in English and other European languages.

So, anyone can learn Chinese?

This does not mean that Chinese is easy. Otherwise, his knowledge would not be valued so highly in the labor market. However, learning Chinese may be easier for those who are better at clear system and conversational practice than sorting out complex grammar and memorizing endless exceptions to the rules.
