10. APPLICABLE LAW AND RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES

All disputes or controversies arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by negotiations as follows:

β if within fifteen (15) calendar days the aggrieved Party does not receive a response or the Parties do not reach an agreement, the aggrieved Party may refer the dispute to court.
Claims against Chinect filed in the Russian Federation must be filed in the courts of the city of St. Petersburg.
11. MISCELLANEOUS
Chinect reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to amend, change, modify, add or remove parts of these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. By continuing access or use of the Website following the posting of changes you accept and agree to any such changes.
These Terms and any rights granted hereunder may not be transferred or assigned by you, either in whole or in part. Chinect reserves the right to assign its rights and obligations under these Terms.
