How to easily remember the days of the week in Chinese

Another life hack is how to remember all the days of the week from Monday to Saturday in Chinese in just 5 minutes.

We still need to know the numbers and the word week itself - 周. It is read as zhu (zhōu).

The scheme is the same as with the months. We use the word week + add the ordinal number of the day:

👉 “Week” + day number

Here are some examples:

周一 - Monday

周二 - Tuesday
